Sample Interview Scripts

Here is a sample interview script you can use for first round interview

Main thing is for you to:

  • Make sure they are comfortable with a commissions-only position

  • Get some information about what they've been doing professionally

  • Most importantly...start understanding WHY they are looking for something different...why insurance industry

  • If you decide that they are interested, send them to a second round interview

Post-Interview Guidelines (for interviews that show up on your calendar from our system)

For every interview that shows up on your calendar, you will receive an email that asks you to give some details on your interview. Please make sure you are diligent about completing these forms for EACH interview.

  • Name, Email, Phone will auto-populate

  • Licensing status: Click if they are Licensed (current Life and Health Insurance License) or Unlicensed (never licensed or non-current license)

  • Internal 1st Interview Status: Determine if they should go to second round interview or if they are not interested (or reject if they are complete a$$holes)

If the Interviewee doesn't answer, please first text them to let them know you are calling for the interview, as some carriers will block unknown callers. If they still do not show, please select Interview Status as "No Show". This will send them a link to rebook the interview

  • 1st interview internal notes: Fill in this section - hit all the key summary points in terms of who they are and your thoughts on them. This will be visible to the 2nd round interviewer

Information, Guidelines for Posting Your Own Job Ads

Sample Job Posts

Make sure your content is appropriate and falls within the Symmetry standard. Visit HQ for additional marketing materials: https://hq.quility.com/page/marketing

Posting Guidelines

If posting on a social site like LinkedIn make sure your business or person has a presence. This is important as people want to know who they are working with and if they can trust you. You want to attract YOUR people so post things that would attract the kind of people you want. This is important for the kind of culture you want to build in you business.

First thing to take note of when posting on any job board is that you should not have any language tying you to Symmetry. The reason for this is that on job boards there can only be 1 Symmetry account and if there is more than 1 account that represents Symmetry then the system will flag your account and take down your posting.

Last but not least make sure that your job posting does not have anything saying that this is a commission only opportunity. The job boards will flag your account for that as well. Allow the videos that we send over explain that.
